What to bring

• Identification: Bring a valid photo ID (passport or national ID) to match your ticket booking.
• Tickets: Carry your mobile e-ticket or a clear printed voucher for scanning at the gates.
• Sun Protection: Wear sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses; most grandstands (except Absheron) are uncovered and exposed to the sun.
• Comfortable Footwear: Expect to walk long distances between fan zones and grandstands; comfortable shoes are essential.
• Ear Protection: F1 engines are extremely loud; earplugs or noise-canceling earmuffs are strongly recommended for all ages.

What’s not allowed

• Prohibited Items: Glass bottles, cans, professional filming equipment (tripods/large lenses), and weapons are strictly forbidden.
• Baggage: Large suitcases and oversized luggage are not permitted; there are no storage lockers available at the circuit gates.
• Outside Alcohol: Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Intoxicated guests will be denied entry.
• Pets: Animals are not allowed on the circuit, with the exception of registered service animals.
• Drones: Flying drones or any remote-controlled aircraft over the circuit is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Accessibility

• Varied Access: As a temporary street circuit, accessibility varies significantly by grandstand. Some areas involve pedestrian bridges or stairs.
• Dedicated Seating: Accessible seating platforms are available but must be confirmed and booked specifically in advance.
• Assistance: Contact on-site stewards for the best routes to elevator-equipped pedestrian crossings.

Additional information

• 2026 Race Dates: The Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2026 is scheduled for September 18–20 (Note: Practice begins Thursday, Sep 17).
• Pit Lane Walk: This is held on Thursday only. Access is exclusive to 4-day ticket holders; check the official schedule for the specific time slot.
• Concert Logistics: Headline concerts are held at the Baku Crystal Hall. Free shuttle buses are available for ticket holders from designated pickup points near the circuit.
• Entry Gates: Use the gate specifically assigned to your grandstand to avoid long walks; refer to the official Baku City Circuit map for your nearest entry point.
• Schedule Changes: All session times, driver appearances, and concert lineups are subject to change by the FIA and Baku City Circuit (BCC).
• E-Visa: Most international visitors require an ASAN Visa to enter Azerbaijan. Ensure this is processed at least one week before travel.
• No dedicated parking is available at the street circuit; walking or public transport is recommended.
• Access to the Paddock Club or VIP air-conditioned lounges is not included with standard grandstand seating.
• All snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the Fan Zones but are not included in the ticket price.

Inclusions #

• 4-day circuit access: Valid for all days of the event (Thursday – Sunday)

• Access to all track action, including Free Practice, Qualifying, the F1 Sprint (if scheduled), and the Grand Prix

• Reserved seating: A numbered seat in your selected grandstand for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• Thursday Pit Lane Walk: Exclusive access to walk the pit lane and see the cars and garages up close (exclusive to 4-day ticket holders)

• Zone access: Entry to all spectator zones across the circuit, including the F1 Fan Zone

• Entertainment: Access to daily post-race concerts and all off-track entertainment activities within the Fan Zones

• Trackside viewing: Large-screen TV viewing from all grandstands to follow the live broadcast

Seating options:

• Absheron Main Grandstand: Covered seating for shade and weather protection

• Icheri Sheher & Azneft: Located in the heart of the "Old City" and technical sectors with dedicated food and beverage areas nearby

• Bulvar & Sahil: Prime access to the seaside promenade and the largest Fan Zone areas
